Corrugated Sheet Roll Forming Machine

DESCRIPTION

Rib-type Roll Forming Machine

DESCRIPTION

This can produce a rib type roof with a depth of 24mm up to 28mm depending on customer's need with varying pitch between ribs. Customized machines for special application called the Super Rib has a pitch of 75mm to 100mm. Thickness of material ranges from 0.3mm to 1.0mm.

Steel Tile Roll Forming Machine

DESCRIPTION

This can roll form steel tile with depth of 10mm to 25mm and varying number of steps. This is done by continuous roll-forming and pressing using hydraulic system to form the desired contour of step and product profile. Thickness of feed material ranges from 0.4mm to 0.6mm.

DESCRIPTION

Steel Deck Roll Forming Machines can roll form both structural grade and commercial grade galvanized iron with thickness range of 0.8mm to 1.5mm. This is available in two profiles: flat deck and web-type. Feed width for all profiles may vary from 405mm, 455mm, 605mm or 1220mm. The roll-formed product, which is the steel deck panel, serves as the formwork for wet concrete during construction stage of multi-level building.
